Media release: Lesedi Local Municipality Customer Care Services Centre

Residents can now call and report service delivery queries, have queries registered and attended to 24 hours a day.

As from Friday the 20th October the Lesedi Local Municipality CCSC has been set to operate 24hrs (shift system).

This came after a fully-fledged Customer Care Services Center was launched by Executive Mayor Cllr. Lerato Maloka on the 28 June 2018 to improve the standard of service delivery.

Residents can now call and report service delivery queries, have queries registered and attended to. The new 24 hours operation has integrated the Fire & Rescue control room and all calls pertaining Fire & Rescue should now be directed to the CCSC.

Please note: Operating hours for walk-in face to face query registry are during working hours weekdays (8am-4pm).

The CCSC is accommodated at Heidelberg Town Hall, and customers are advised to use the usual CCSC number: 016 330 0400 or email: complaints@lesedi.gov.za to report any service delivery and Fire & Rescue complains/queries.

Emergency/after-hours numbers 016 341 3116 and 016 341 4327 are still functional. They will be attended to / answered by CCSC.
