Father’s Day celebrations at Kempton Park SAPS

Col Lesomo thanked the men at the police station for what they continuously do for the Kempton Park community.

Kempton Park SAPS support commander Col Motsatsi Lesomo joined hands with the women at the station in celebrating the men at the station.

The celebrations were in honour of Father’s Day where the men were treated to breakfast and words of appreciation. Col Lesomo thanked the men for what they continuously do for the Kempton Park community.

“Father means faithful, a person who is always there, trustworthy, honouring, ever-loving, righteous and supportive,” said Lesomo.

Furthermore, the Kempton Park SAPS women with the communication officer held an awareness campaign in the Customer Service Centre (CSC) where community members were given pamphlets with messages on Covid-19 and its precautions.

“The men who came to the CSC were given bags with the SAPS badge to also appreciate them for Father’s Day,” said Sgt Dipuo Ditshego, spokesperson for Kempton Park SAPS.
