Carnival City offers dino-themed holiday fun

Children will have a ball this holiday at the Pocket Park.

The activities at Carnival City’s Pocket Park are bound to make this school holiday a mesmerising, imagination-stimulating one for children of all ages.

Take the young ones to experience a host of fun activities on offer, with a strong focus on dinosaurs.

“We have on offer a wide variety of dinosaur-themed children’s educational entertainment activities that will engage the young ones at mental, emotional and physical level,” said Michelle Smith, marketing manager for Carnival City.

The craft station area, doubling up as an exciting photo booth, is bound to inspire adrenaline-filled excitement as big, hidden dinosaur eggs nestled in leaves, a life size T-Rex chasing a jeep and all the necessary dinosaur-adventure accessories stand to be discovered.

Children and parents can use these props to take some photos and create unforgettable memories.

Special guests and fun are planned for specific days of the holiday.

Artistic little bakers are offered an opportunity to feel the wonder of the dinosaur era at their fingertips as they decorate their provided vanilla cupcakes with icing sugar in piping bags, themed dinosaur toppers and sprinkles in assorted colours on March 22.

Visit on March 23 and 30 and bring out the little paleontologist in your child as science meets educational play.

Each little adventurer will receive a “Dinosaur Excavation Kit” containing two buried dinosaur skeletons in a solid mix which needs to be dug up and chiseled out with the provided tools.

Little ones can also personify their favourite dinosaur with their personally made and decorated dino-mask on March 24.

Ending the holiday fun on a light note, children can enjoy the sand art craft on March 31 with assorted picture cards, sand in various colours, a working tray and peeling sticks.

Bring your children to Pocket Park for a day of absolute fun, stimulation and enjoyable creativity at no cost to parents whatsoever.

“This is just another way for us to include and accommodate even the young ones in our wide variety of offerings and to help parents combat boredom with the entertainment on offer,” said Michelle.
