Chilled music to round off your weekend

Experience a Soul Sunday Sexy Sensation with DJ Sentle at Carnival City this weekend.

Never has a Sunday looked and felt as good as it is about to.

Carnival City brings to visitors Soul Sunday Sexy Sensation this Sunday from 4pm to midnight.

Add to the expected mix of the best local and radio soul, R&B and Afro-pop DJ’s, well-known DJ Sentle, and this event is bound to be an unforgettable experience for all lovers of chilled, sexy, soul music.

Sentle’s love for radio and music dates back to him receiving a portable radio as a gift for his 15th birthday and never again did he part with radio.

Although the initial plan was just to use the radio’s CD deck, Sentle used it for other purposes, especially to listen to Metro FM.

This inspired him to aim at being a radio DJ on this popular station.

In 2005 Sentle was then appointed to be one of Metro FM’s weekend DJs on the Groove Lounge.

He has since been moved around at the station to various different slots, but is currently very well-known for his show called The Romantic Repertoire on Sundays from 3pm to 6pm.

Sentle is not the only popular DJ to join in on this session.

Fellow DJ and colleague at Metro FM Mpho Madise, better known as Mo-G, will add to the mix his expertise and an excellent selection of everything from soul to Afro-jazz.

Mo-G, who has been in the industry for 17 years, landed his first radio slot with 5FM at the tender age of just 18 years and has grown thousands of fans richer over the years. He has become a prominent personality on radio with two of the largest stations in the country, Kaya FM and Metro FM.

Fans and listeners of these stations are very familiar with “WKNDR”, Mo-G’s Saturday breakfast show with popular producer Fentselite and of course his Sunday Night Love slot between 6pm and 9pm.

By far, the greatest thing about this collaboration of music by some of the best DJ’s in the industry, is that entrance to a wonderful, chilled night out with friends, listening to soothing sounds all night, is absolutely free.

Doors open at 3pm, the show starts at 4pm and continues until midnight, so grab your friends and make it a Soul Sunday Sexy Sensation, listening to great music, sipping on refreshing drinks and perhaps even grabbing a scrumptious bite to eat from Bru’s.
