All hands on deck for the WPT® Emperors Palace National Poker Championship.
Poker players and lovers of high stakes will have an opportunity to up the ante at the next edition of the Emperors Palace World Poker Tour National Championship (WPT) from March 31 to April 9.
Hosted at Emperors Palace in the plush Theatre of Marcellus, the venue will come alive with thrilling poker action that is synonymous with the largest poker series on the continent.
“Emperors Palace is privileged to continue its long association with high-stakes poker tournaments.
“This tournament, specifically, is the perfect platform to launch players into the international poker event scheduled for later this year,” said Peermont chief operating officer for gaming, Bob Yearham.
During the 10 days of intense tournament action, a field of professional poker players and general poker enthusiasts will take to the felt to win a share of the impressive prize pool of more than R10-million, including a guaranteed Event One prize pool of R1-m.
“The partnership between Emperors Palace, WPT and ShuffleUp Poker continues to strengthen from year to year, facilitating the continual growth of the biggest poker series in Africa.
