International tribute show to Simon and Garfunkel relives groovy times of the 60’s

Enjoy an evening of nostalgia.

In celebration of 50 years since Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel recorded their first number one hit single, The Sound of Silence, the Simon and Garfunkel Story will take to the stage.

The show is brought to the public by Emperors Palace and Easy Theatres, in association with Maple Tree Entertainment, and will be staged in the Theatre of Marcellus, from November 18 to December 6.

The tribute show tells the story of the folk/rock duo whose iconic music proved to set the soundtrack to the ’60s.

It will take audiences through Simon and Garfunkel’s humble beginnings as rock ’n roll duo Tom and Jerry, to their various albums and massive success.

The show will also feature the duo’s dramatic break up and solo careers, and will finish with a stunning recreation of the 1981 Central Park reformation concert.

Described by “The Stage” as “authentic and exciting”, the show features incredible performances by a live band of all their greatest hits, which are bound together with original photos and film footage.

Fans will get a blast from the past and relive Simon and Garfunkel’s greatest hits, including Mrs Robinson, Cecilia, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound and many more.

With standing ovations every night, and award winning talent, the show is rated as the biggest and most successful number one theatre show celebrating the lives and careers of Simon and Garfunkel.

This captivating performance is a must see.

The show will be performed Wednesdays to Saturdays at 8pm, and on Sundays at 3pm.
