Carnival City acknowledges long serving employees

Honouring those who have given years of service.

Carnival City has acknowledged the loyalty and commitment of its long service employees, by presenting no less than 112 of them with awards, at a special function at the complex’s Mardi Gras Theatre, recently.

All employees who have been employed at the casino for ten years or more received an award.

Carnival City’s newly-appointed general manager Annemie Turk said the sheer number of employees who have worked at the casino for more than a decade bears testimony to the success of the casino in creating and maintaining a healthy, happy and productive work environment.

“We work hard to ensure that our employees feel appreciated, motivated and empowered.

“The gaming and hospitality industry offers numerous and diverse career opportunities, and attracts people who are just as diverse in character.

“We are blessed with a truly dedicated team which is committed to delivering excellent service and making Carnival the most exciting, preferred hub for entertainment in our region.

“It is fitting that we acknowledge the loyalty and commitment of our long-standing employees,” said Turk.
