Gospel music fans can look forward to an inspirational, soul-lifting gospel music spectacular featuring world-renowned Rebecca Malope, in Carnival City’s Big Top Arena, on December 14.

The event, Jubilee Gospel Show, is proudly presented by the St Boniface Parish, in Vosloorus, and will also feature well-known gospel artists Kholeka and Thabiso.

Gospel music enthusiasts – or anyone seeking inspiration – can look forward to a memorable evening of excellent live entertainment and motivational messages from quality performers.

According to the Carnival City marketing team, they are delighted to host St Boniface Parish’s Jubilee Gospel Show, which promises an evening of uplifting song and worship led by one of South Africa’s best-loved gospel singers.

They believe it is a fitting way to hail the start of the festive season.

Malope is a legendary South African gospel singer whose music career spans almost 30 years.

Few artists occupy the high firmament that she enjoys on the South African music scene.

She has released 32 albums, sold millions of CDs, won countless music awards, been honoured by institutions of higher learning and, above all, is respected by her peers and revered by legions of her fans.

She is the original gospel superstar who performs mostly new compositions and her unique style of singing has been imitated by many young artists and continues to be an inspiration to wannabe singers.

Kholeka will also be performing.

Kholeka, the soul sister of Bula Music, is a vibrant, strong and God-fearing woman.

She was only seven years old when she captured people’s hearts with her voice.

Her music does not only reach gospel fanatics but it crosses over to all music lovers.

These gospel stars take to the stage at Carnival City from 4pm.

Doors to the Big Top Arena will open at 3pm.
