Emperors Palace hosts comedy royals

On May 30 and 31, Emperors Palace, in association with Blu Blood, will stage the monarchs of South African comedy under one roof, when as The Kings and Queens of Comedy national tour comes to an end in a two-night performance in Gauteng.

The hilarious comedy brand, which is taking over the country one uncontrollable fit of laughter at a time, will showcase the amazing talents of South Africa’s hottest comedy exports and up-and-coming talents.

The shows will be hosted by famous comedy doctor and MC Riaad Moosa, who will be joined by the male monarchs of mirth, Paul Chowdhry (UK), Prince Abdi (UK), Trevor Gumbi, Mark Banks, Stuart Taylor, Chester Missing, Jason Goliath and Donovan Goliath.

The Queens of Comedy lined-up for the evening are two of the funniest local women, Tracey Lee Oliver and Celeste Ntuli, with a special appearance by the UK’s Ava Vidal.

The show will be performed in the Centre Court and will start at 8pm.
