The Tedstoneville-based Zizi Royal Football Club celebrated back-to-back victories in the SAFA Ekurhuleni Hollywood Bets Regional League Nedbank Cup.
Despite the cold weather, the team delivered a thrilling performance on September 21 at Sunward Park High School, securing a 4-3 win over FBS FC.

Goals by Athini Magagula, Tom Viwe, Sisa Simani and Thabang Nthohla helped Zizi Royal advance to the last 16.
Later that day, the team claimed a 2-1 victory in the last 16, propelling them to the quarterfinals.
Zizi Royal will now shift focus to preparing for the quarterfinals, hoping to progress to the semis and finals.
If they win the remaining rounds, they will qualify for the national Nedbank Cup, where they will compete against elite teams from SA’s Premier Soccer League (PSL) and the National First Division (Motsepe Foundation Championship).
