It has been an excellent season of rugby for the u-15 team from Hoërskool Elspark.
The boys showcased their skills and walked away not only the winners of the Valke League, but also the Noordvaal Virseker Beker for the year.
Their triumphs began on July 14 when they took on Voortrekker School from Boksburg to win the u-15 Valke League for medium schools rugby.
The following Saturday they faced Springs Boys High, at their formidable home ground, to win in a nail-biting game, in the Noordvaal Virseker Beker.

After their win against Springs they took the road to Bela-Bela where they finished off Hoërskool Warmbad to book their place in the final.
The final was played at Hoërskool Hans Moore, in Benoni, on August 10, and Hoërskool Elspark played Hoërskool Eric Louw (from Musina).
The local lads won the game with a convincing 21–19 score.
The school is extremely proud of the team.
