Bodybuilders shine in competition

Three bodybuilders from Unique Physique did extremely well in the IFBB National Novice Competition.

Bodybuilders from Unique Physique Gym recently took part in the IFBB National Novice Competition in Krugersdorp.

The three athletes who entered the competition were Ludwig de Bruyn, Colani Leo Mabuza and Kristen Marais.

This was the first time any of the three had competed and their trainers Marius Wessels and Jean Bertillon were extremely proud of their achievements.

De Bruyn competed in the u-18 division and placed first, Mabuza competed in the men’s u-80kg division and placed second and Marais competed in the u-23 division and placed in the top six in the final.

“Making it to the finals and placing in the Top 10 is an achievement in itself,” said Wessels.

“We are extremely proud of all of them.”
