Walker continues to achieve success

Unique Physique member competes in Colgate 15km race.

Jeffrey Beattie (50), who suffers from lupus and epilepsy, was in poor health and every day was a struggle for him.

Beattie decided to turn his life around and joined Unique Physique Gym in Primrose, training under the guidance of personal trainers Marius Wessels and Jean Bertillon.

“He has made good progress and his health, strength and weight have all increased since he joined Run/Walk For Life.

“He made such great progress with his gym resistance training and walking complimenting each other, and soon Beattie entered his first race,” said Wessels.
