Assumption Convent School produces two SA Rowing champions

Assumption Convent’s rowers achieve great success.

Racquel de Oliveira from Assumption Convent School came first out of 30 rowers in the u-14 A sculls, making her the top u-14 women’s sculler in South Africa.

Over the course of March 2, 3 and 4 Assumption Convent School’s rowers took part in the South African Schools Rowing Championships.

The rowers did extremely well and the school is extremely proud of them.

Assumption Convent’s Courtney Westley came first out of 32 rowers in the u-16 A sculls, making her the top u-16 women’s sculler in South Africa.
