Heather van der Aardwag was all ready to set off at the Victoria Lake Parkrun, on Saturday.
Abigail Coetzee (left), Alta Beukes and Surita Steenkamp travelled from Mossel Bay to take part in Saturday’s Victoria Lake Parkrun.
Graham Fergurson and Eddie Pereira were among the runners who braved the early morning chill, on Saturday, to participate. The pair have travelled across the country to take part in a number of different parkruns.
