Keep the cold at bay and support local soccer teams this weekend.
Are you and your friends in the mood for live sports matches?
You will be happy to know that two of the local soccer teams have home games today (Saturday).
Germiston City Football Club will face Benoni Northerns Football Club at the Germiston City Sports Club, while Luso Africa Football Club will go head-to-head with Sporting Football Club at Hattingh Park.
Both fixtures are scheduled to start at 3.30pm.
Germiston Simmer Rugby Club are also expected to take part in the Pirates Grand Challenge Semi Finals at the Germiston Stadium today.
The team will face other teams with the first game of the day expected to start at 1.20pm.
Nothing lifts the teams’ spirits like a good cheer, so dress warmly and go show your support for the local boys.
