Simmer will take the next two weeks to sharpen their discipline, defence and implementation of their game plan.

The Simmer second team’s match was played as a practice match as Stingers could only field a 12 player team in the game.

The final score saw Simmer win 26-10, with tries being scored by Christo van Zyl, Hein Swart, Ferdi Coetzer and JP Loots, who was named man of the match.
