The Elsburg Eagles Rugby Club hosts rugby clinics to teach potential players all about the game.

The Elsburg Eagles Rugby Club’s season preparations are in full swing.
The club’s junior rugby players have begun practice for their season that begins in July, their practice includes several rugby clinics.
The clinics, hosted on April 23 and May 7 from 9am to 11am at the club’s grounds at the corner of Heidelberg Road and Egret Street in Elspark, focus on all players interested in playing rugby.
“We teach the potential players about safety, a series of various skills needed in rugby, as well as, the rules of the game,” said Tyron Smuts chairman.
The club caters for age groups u-6 to u-18.

The club is also looking for community members interested in coaching or team management at Elsburg Eagles Junior Rugby.
