Kick-start the year with high impact aerobics sessions.

The Ekurhuleni Aerobics Marathon sessions are now open and free for all, to encourage healthy living.

Saturday mornings will not be the same in Ekurhuleni’s parks and community sports grounds, with scores of gym fanatics expected for an intense three hours of aerobics marathon sessions facilitated by professional instructors.

The sessions are comprised of KaTa Box, Hi-Low and Zumba with flexible body stretching intervals during water breaks.

“We encourage members of the community to be part of the aerobics sessions as it is important to avoid lifestyle diseases in our communities,” said metro spokesman Themba Gadebe.
