Help the Germiston City Football Club

Help young soccer players reach their full potential by sponsoring the Germiston City Football Club.

The Germiston City Football Club is appealing to the community and local businesses to come forward and help their young players.

“It breaks my heart that some of the players do not have money for transport or equipment,” said Peter Oliver, chairman of the football club.

The club was formed in 1955 and is the oldest existing football club in Germiston, and fields 12 teams, from u-10s to seniors and even a veteran team, with teams taking part in a variety of leagues and tournaments throughout the season.

“Our players come from our local communities, with very few being able to afford the subscriptions it takes to keep running the club successfully,” said Oliver.

To keep the dreams of the players alive the club is appealing for sponsorship.
