Karate athletes set to compete in Swaziland

Shorin Kempo Karate Club's karatekas to represent South Africa.

Katlehong’s Shorin Kempo Karate Club has 15 members heading for the Swaziland Full Contact Karate Tournament.

The tournament is set to take on November 28, in Swaziland.

“Our athletes will go against other athletes from different countries,” said the local club’s head coach, Thulane Sibisi.

“These karatekas will be representing South Africa.

“I have confidence in our karatekas, they are fit and ready for the competition.

“We have been training very hard and hope for the best.”
