What is your one rule for back to school?

Germiston residents give their advice on being prepared for the academic year.

Daniel Daza: “I have one rule that I do believe in following for it does work, and that is to keep focused and be deeply concentrated in studying.”

Happy Simetshe: “Two things that do not last are books and school bags and I make sure my children have their school books and bags ready before the new school year.”

Leonie Bronkhorst: “The children just have to be ready for school and enjoy it, and one main rule that is vitally important is that children go to bed early.”

Vincent Ratsoen: “An important rule I have set for myself is making sure that all my subjects are prepared for and up-to-date. I must also be neat and disciplined.”

Shelton Dlamini: “Besides getting ready to learn new things, I must have more discipline for studying. I must work hard, put more focus on my subjects and have the correct books.”

Zanele Sithole: “You must make sure children have the correct school uniform and that it fits them properly. They must also have a good school bag.”
