In response to the woman from Homestead, regarding the incessant barking of dogs, this is my scenario:
The neighbour diagonally opposite to us has a dog that barks violently at people going to work, between 5am and 7am, every morning.
The neighbour two houses to my left has a dog that annoyingly barks from 10pm to midnight.
We have a pending court case with my direct next-door neighbour, to my right, who has four dogs that fight amongst each other, viciously; under a carport that seems to echo the sound to a higher pitch.
In addition, our back-door neighbours have three little dogs that go off at the drop of a pin.
Apathy and total disrespect for the peace and quiet of everybody around them is what they all have in common.
Goes to show why people take the law into their own hands, as the authorities are totally inept.
