300th Victoria Lake parkrun held on March 9

Victoria Lake parkrun will be celebrating its 300th event on March 9.

This event has enjoyed great support from locals and neighbouring communities over the years.

To commemorate this occasion, the Victoria Lake parkrun has joined hands with Germiston SPCA.

“The community is asked to come with donations of dog and cat food, blankets and toys. The donations will be handed over to the animal welfare organisation,” said Grant Stockdale.

“Victoria Lake parkrun is a free event hosted by welcoming volunteers and dogs are welcome too,” said Stockdale.
