Dawnview resident blames mismanagement for lack of refuse removal in Germiston
I noticed on Monday and Tuesday the bins are put out and collected without fail.

I commute to work every day using Kloof Road, Bedfordview.
I noticed on Monday and Tuesday the bins are put out and collected without fail.
The truck used appears to be new.
Other Germiston areas such as Fishers’ Hill, Primrose, Wychwood Dawnview and others are told the trucks are out of service.
How is it possible that the Bedfordview truck is always on time?

This appears to be a management problem.
The article seems to blame the trucks and every other excuse for incompetence.
