Collect your ideal painting auction

Aspire Art is currently making available unique historic and contemporary artworks through an auction which is running until Tuesday, 31 October with lots closing at 6pm. This is what art enthusiasts can look forward to.

As one of the oldest and most iconic art forms, painting is a rich and multifaceted discipline that encompasses a wide array of styles, techniques, and themes. Painting, a timed-online auction is currently open for bidding at Aspire Art, until 31 October. The auction brings together an impressive collection of over seventy artworks, spanning both historic and contemporary pieces. For serious collectors, this sale presents a distinctive selection of works by renowned artists from the past as well as established contemporary artists and emerging talents who are leaving their mark on the art world today.

The painting auction also highlights a special compilation of artworks by female painters. Prominent women artists featured include Maud Sumner, Esther Mahlangu, Kerri-Jane Evans, Kilmany-Jo Liversage, Grace Cross, Lucy Jane Turpin, and Yolanda Mazwana.

Also on offer are important South African painters from the past including Carl Büchner, Neville Lewis, Eli Kobeli and Gregoire Boonzaier as well as  contemporary painters such as Ed Young and Johannes Phokela. A wonderful selection of abstract painters also features with works by artists such as Mongezi Ncaphayi, Pat Mautloa, Jan-Henri Booyens and Samson Mnisi.
