Rest-A-While showered with donations in celebration of Mandela Day

The elderly also received donated knitted scarfs and winter wear.

Sunnridge OK Foods donated rolls amongst other things.

On July 18, numerous community organisations received surprise visits and treats in honour of Nelson Mandela Day.

Esther and Andre Bothma, married for 47 years, enjoy a slice of cake.

Meadowdale Mall and OK Foods, Sunnyridge, donated to Primrose’s Rest-A-While Service Center.

The residents enjoyed baked goods. Winter clothing and handmade scarves were donated to the elderly.

Mpho Mbongwa prepares soup which was later distributed to the elderly in Primrose informal settlements.
