Residents, staff, and special guests came together to commemorate and advocate the worthy cause.

Movember is held each November, and encourages men to grow their moustaches to raise awareness about male cancer.

“One of the highlights of this event was the celebration of residents who mark their birthdays in November,” said Inyoni Creek social worker Shaun Victor.

Residents sported their best moustaches, embodying the spirit of Movember. One particularly spirited resident took the theme to the next level, dressing up as the legendary Charlie Chaplin.

“The sight of these moustachioed individuals embodied the creativity and enthusiasm that flows through Inyoni Creek,” says Shaun.

Adding an element of fun and engagement, the event featured a moustache-themed quiz.

Guests were challenged to guess the names of silhouettes of well-known celebrities with iconic moustaches.

“Laughter and friendly banter filled the air,” said Inyoni Creek manager Jenny Tonkin.
