St Andrew’s School for Girls started their schooling calendar off by celebrating their Founder’s Day.

The event was attended by all the school divisions, from their preschool, juniors and seniors as well as the Saturday school.
They are also one of the schools to achieve a 100% matric pass rate with all the girls obtaining a bachelor’s degree pass.
The school got 238 distinctions, with an average of three distinctions per subject.
Thirty-nine percent of all subjects were above 80%, 71 of all the results were above 70% and 90% of all the results were above 60%.

Thirty-six of their learners completed an additional subject while 19 out of the 21 subjects offered were above the IEB average.
The school has congratulated all the learners who achieved ‘wonderful’ results.
