Ithembelihle LSEN School and Laerskool Oosterkruin took part in Casual Day celebrations recently to raise awareness for persons with disabilities.

“Learners and staff of Ithembelihle LSEN School together with learners from Laerskool Oosterkruin took to the streets of Primrose to enjoy a fun walk to commemorate and create awareness for people with disabilities,” said Ithembelihle LSEN School principal Leonar Ngozi.

“The learners and staff had a fun-filled day and each one received a medal.

“EMPD officers from Germiston were on duty to ensure our safety on the road.

“The learners received many treats for the day and the school commends the sponsors for their assistance,” said Ngozi.
