The 1st Germiston Scouts hosted their first social event post-Covid-19 on July 23 titled Christmas in July at Delville.

Family, friends and Scouts came together to have a day of games, quizzes and lunch while freely socialising.

“We realised how beautiful our community is as everyone came together to celebrate,” said Louise Mitchell, Scouts media officer.
