Help police find a missing local man
Frans was last seen on May 31, at 18:00, by his friend. He left his residence without indicating where he was going.
Elsburg SAPS urged the community to help Thys Minnaar find his missing brother, Jacobus Frans Minnaar (68), from Elsburg.

Constable Daphney Phooko, Elsburg SAPS spokesperson, said a missing person’s case was opened at the police station.
She said Frans was last seen on May 31, at 18:00, by his friend. He left his residence without indicating where he was going.
“The tip of his left hand pinkie finger is missing. He has a cross-like tattoo on his right arm,” said Phooko.
He was last seen wearing a light blue button-up shirt, dark blue denims and either a black jacket or a bright blue and red nylon jacket.
