Ekurhuleni Aerobics Festival hosted in Dinwiddie

Various fitness clubs from parts of Ekurhuleni and other provinces flocked to the centre to take part in the sessions.

Ntokozo Mwelase recently hosted the second annual Ekurhuleni Aerobics Festival, in celebration of Youth Month, at Willie Strauss Centre, Dinwiddie.

Various fitness clubs from parts of Ekurhuleni and other provinces flocked to the centre to take part in the sessions.

Ntokozo Mwelase, founder of Future Shapers Aerobics Club and Ekurhuleni Aerobics Festival, shares the spotlight with Tseko Mbele of Energy Fitness Club.

 

Tseko Mbele, representing Energy Fitness Club, was invited as a guest speaker.Mwelase, the founder of Future Shapers Aerobics Club and Ekurhuleni Aerobics Festival, joined the crowd in activities.

He said the event is aimed at encouraging and motivating young people to live a healthy lifestyle.

“We celebrate the freedom of young people through physical exercise sessions and promoting healthy living,” said Mwelase.

Noluthando Sibeko encouraged young people to engage in physical exercises to overcome stress and depression.
