Ekurhuleni task team detectives followed up on information from Benoni which resulted in the arrest of three suspects for possession of suspected stolen property in Primrose.
The police received information that led them to a house on Roberta Street in Primrose.
On arrival, they found three suspects with bundles of copper cables and two scales.
Sgt Styles Maome, Primrose SAPS corporate communications, said the police also arrested a 37-year-old man.
“On further searching the house an undisclosed amount of money was found. All four suspects were arrested and detained at Primrose SAPS and charged with tampering with essential infrastructure and possession of stolen property,” said Maome.
