Primrose SAPS and Ekupholeni NGO together with the youth desk conducted a domestic violence and sexual offence awareness campaign on March 10.

They did a door-to-door campaign where they distributed safety-tips pamphlets in Primrose and surrounding areas.

Primrose SAPS corporate communications officer Sgt Styles Maome said about 400 pamphlets were distributed to members of the community.

The station commander, Col Eunice Nzuza, commended the stakeholders for their efforts in helping the police to fight crime in Primrose.

“Together, we can make Primrose a safe place,” said Nzuza.
