EMPD officers shall issue citations to wrongdoers for the following offences:
• Conveyed goods coming into contact with the road surface (R200)
• Conveyed goods obscuring view (R300)
• Conveyed goods that could be dislodged or spilled (R500)
• A vehicle with too many persons on a seat at 380mm per person (R200 per person)
• Conveyed more people in a vehicle than permitted by law (R100 per person)
• Too many persons on a seat of a bus at 400mm per person (R100 per person)
• Too many persons on a seat of a minibus at 380mm per person (R100 per person)
