The officer asked to see their firearm and they proceeded with the owner of the firearm into the house, where he pointed out the firearm.

The man was then arrested for negligent handling of firearm and possession of unlicensed firearm.

While the police were still inside the house, a search ensued and they found dagga.

Officers arrested a 35-year-old woman.

Officers then proceeded with their preliminary investigation; the driver was asked who the owner of car is.

He alleged he bought the car recently and he did not change the ownership yet.

The officers circulated the motor vehicle and it was detected that it was hijacked in Tweefontein.

Another two men, inside the car, were also arrested for possession of suspected stolen motor vehicle.

All four are pending appearance in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court.
