Archers aim for gold

Purfecto archers Kayleigh van Helden and Michelle Botha were selected to represent South Africa at the All African Championships in December.

Like many other sports, NASP Archery had challenges to overcome during 2020/2021 with Covid-19.

Not only has NASP Germiston/Boksburg archery survived, but they managed to lead a semi-normal year of sport.

This was made possible thanks to Fred Gericke, Laerskool Elspark’s principal, who not only supplied a safe environment for archers to compete in but also aided with supplies to make sure all Covid-19 regulations were adhered to.
