Elsburg Wrestling Club announced the reopening of the club on April 15.
Joep Joubert, the media liaison of the club, said it took a few weeks to get the club ready according to the rules and regulations of Covid-19. “We are now ready for action.”
Joubert added there was no shortage of dedication from club members and wrestlers.

“In no time the club was sanitised and passed the tests to reopen with flying colours. You could see and feel the team spirit of all when the club was certified Covid-19 ready and the action will start soon.”
Joubert said the club hopes to grow its membership this year. We are calling on all interested wrestlers, coaches and officials to visit the club in Mare Street, Elsburg.”
