Wall of Remembrance: Allison de Villiers was well loved

My mother was born in Johannesburg and grew up mainly in Sunnyridge.

Allison de Villiers died at the age of 56. Her eldest daughter Tanya said she was the best cook and person anyone could ask for.

“She had the funkiest and weirdest personality traits. My mother was born in Johannesburg and grew up mainly in Sunnyridge.

“She worked as a salesperson at Bestbolts Fastening Supplies in Isando.” Allison was married to Andre de Villiers and they had two children.

Tanya said she and her mother were more than best friends. “She was my other half. We would go shopping together and have breakfast and movie dates. She helped me more times than I could count.”

Allison is survived by her husband, Andre, two daughters Tanya and Maxine, her brother Brett Pepper and his wife Sonja Pepper, her sister Delia Setaro and her husband Dean Setaro, her niece Tegan and nephews Gareth, Michael, Enrico, Marco, and friends.
