WATCH: Bowen learners ready for big school

All learners to receive an award academically and for perseverance throughout this difficult year.

Bowen International held its first Grade R graduation on December 12.

School principal Nadia Gaffoor said they honoured their learners with certificates, trophies and a small gift of appreciation.

“We also celebrated the day with performances from each grade,” said the principal.

“This year, we wanted all learners to receive an award academically and for perseverance throughout this hard year. They were excited to receive their awards and gifts.”

Nadia added parents expressed their gratitude to all the teachers, the principal and directors of the school.

“At Bowen International we are family and we love all our children. From the management team, staff and myself I want to wish all a blessed and safe festive season. We look forward to a blessed 2021.

“Let us work together to stay safe and protect ourselves from the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year.”
