Ward 92 Clr Graham Gersbach is passionate about serving the community and represent voters’ interests in government and said he is not new to the area’s problems.
“I have served the community before and it had the same problems. I’m shocked that the problems are still the same and worse,” said Gerbach.
He said the ward is diverse and every area has its own unique problems.
“You cannot tackle the problems with one approach. Every problem is different in each community.”
The concerns in Ward 92 include illegal connections, backyard dwellers, illegal businesses and blocked storm water drains.

“I believe we need to up our standard in service delivery and not drop it,” said Gersbach.
He called on the community to get involved in community projects that will help the community.
He said he is open to ideas and always willing to engage with residents for the betterment of the community.
Gersbach has worked in the public and private sector and has gained vast experience.
Ward 92 includes: Highway Gardens, Harmelia, Buurendal, Meadowdale, Klopperpark, Elandsfontein, Kruinhof, Tunney, Henvile, Activia Park, Rustavia, Homestead, Marlands, Woodmere, Primrose East, Gerdview, Wannenburg, Sunnyridge and Sunnyrock.
