Councillor urges residents to make provision to pay their municipal accounts

Make arrangements to pay your municipal account if you cannot pay the full amount.

Ward 36 councillor Wendy Morgan is alerting the community to the fact that the metro is once again implementing its credit control measures for outstanding accounts.

“If any residents are unable to make full payments on their municipal accounts they will need to go to the finance department’s credit control section to make arrangements to pay.

“This is in order to avoid the disconnection of their electricity,” said Morgan.

The department is situated on the corner of Spilsbury and President streets in the Germiston CBD.
