Chubby Chums feeds the needy

Chubby Chums for the Children’s Homes appeals to the community for donations so they can continue to help people through their feeding schemes.

Chubby Chums for the Children’s Homes has been working hand in hand with Nokulunga Mhlaulo from the Gauteng Department of Social Development to offer relief to those in need during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The team has been working to provide relief through a number of different feeding schemes and recently visited the Makause and Delmore informal settlements.

During the visit, the team fed patients, children and orphans who have been left vulnerable by the disease and lockdown.

The organisation is appealing to the community for donations of food and non-perishable goods.
