Bikers aid communities in need

The lockdown has been hard on many people and hunger is starting to bite many families in Germiston. To help alleviate this problem the Crusaders Motorcycle Club (MC) South Africa visited Elsburg recently where they handed out food parcels to 160 families (which equates to about 720 people).

Delville woman last seen at tavern, now nowhere to be found

Delville resident Samkelisiwe Promise Dlamini has been missing since February 29. The 30-year-old woman was last seen at Papas Tavern in Germiston.

Elsburg businesses help those in need

During these difficult times of the pandemic South Africans have become even closer despite social distancing. Small businesses within communities are stepping up to assist those in need in the communities they serve.

Several suspects arrested in Katlehong over long weekend

It was another busy lockdown long weekend for the Katlehong police. Officers from the Katlehong police’s Crime Prevention Unit, detectives from the Katlehong Police Station, members of the EMPD and members of the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) took to the streets of Katlehong in several weekend operations.
