Hospice East Rand needs your help urgently

The organisation is in desperate need of funds.

Hospice East Rand needs your help.

The non-profit organisation provides specialised care to patients with life-limiting illnesses and relies heavily on the income derived monthly from its 10 charity shops and its bookshop.

The effects of the hard lockdown are affecting Hospice East Rand terribly in that all of their charity shops are closed and unable to trade.

“The pandemic is affecting us in a very bad way.

“No monthly income from our charity shops is having a serious effect on our finances and on our ability to continue to offer palliative care to our patients,” said Brenda Bisschoff, administration manager for Hospice East Rand.
