Primrose police target criminals in their precinct

The Primrose police share their latest arrest statistics.

The Primrose police arrested 16 suspects between March 12 and 18.

This is according to the latest arrest statistics released by the station.

The accused were charged with a number of different offences.

Charges included assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm, common assault, domestic violence, driving under the influence of alcohol, rape, possession of drugs, possession of stolen property, child neglect and contempt of court.

Primrose SAPS station commander Col Albertina Vesi thanked everyone who contributed to the arrests.

Most of the suspects appeared in the Germiston Magistrate’s Court where their cases were postponed for various reasons, while others paid admission of guilt fines at the station and were released.
