Networking meeting kicks off the year on a good note

Hirsh’s Meadowdale holds informative business networking event.

Kicking-off the business networking events for the year at Hirsch’s Meadowdale, André Kruse, the guest speaker for the morning, aimed to inspire.

Kruse is a master educator in leadership, sales and customer service, and he aims to equip people for win-win scenarios and for lasting significance.

“Kruse’s talk covered what it takes to elevate you to your desired level of performance, and the necessary steps to get you there.

Chantelle du Plessis (public relations officer for Hirsch’s Meadowdale), Rhona Aves and Elsa Groenewald enjoyed the business networking event at Hirsch’s Meadowdale recently.

“The steps included forming extraordinary habits, avoiding negative people, having a positive attitude and using affirmations,” said Chantelle du Plessis, public relations officer for Hirsch’s Meadowdale.

“He discussed and expanded briefly on five broad points and why they are so critically important.

“The information is practical and can be implemented immediately with lasting results.

“He explained that it takes 28 days to create a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle.”

Networkers were then given the opportunity to present themselves and their businesses in a 60-second elevator pitch.

This was followed by a lucky draw, networking, sharing of business cards and enjoying refreshments.
