In this programme, the metro hosts three-hour aerobics sessions free of charge at various open spaces and stadiums across the metro on Saturday mornings.

The metro credits the success of the programme to a solid partnership with over 30 community-based aerobics clubs.

The programme is open to participants of all age groups.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own food as only fruit will be served on the day.
