Primrose police apprehend a man on a charge of theft of motor vehicle.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on a charge of theft of a motor vehicle, last Saturday.

Primrose police were alerted to the incident by the vehicle’s owner, who claimed he parked his vehicle in his Gerdview yard at around 10am and locked it.

“He alleged that when he returned to the vehicle at about 1.50pm it was gone,” said Sgt Style Maome, communications officer for the Primrose police.

“A case was opened and police began their investigation.”
